Technical Investigation

Technical Investigation is a service for founders and product teams to validate the feasibility of their product idea, assess technical logic, and design a custom architecture blueprint.

Technical Aspects and Delivery Format

  1. Product Feasibility and Technical Logic Audit
Validate that the idea can actually be built as envisioned. Stress-test core assumptions, flag hidden technical complexity, identify edge cases that inflate scope, and confirm which features are essential for a first version versus deferrable. Output: a clear “buildable / risky / rethink” verdict per feature.

  2. Custom Architecture Design (System Blueprints)
Define the end-to-end system structure: frontend, backend, databases, APIs, third-party integrations, and how data flows between them. Include component diagrams, chosen tech stack with justification, and scalability considerations so the product can grow without a rewrite.

  3. AI Strategy and Data Pipeline (Vector DBs & LLMs)
Specify where and how AI adds value: model selection (LLM providers, open vs. closed), retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings and vector database choices, data ingestion/cleaning pipelines, prompt and context strategy, and evaluation methods to keep outputs reliable.

  4. Infrastructure and Security Roadmap
Map hosting and deployment (cloud provider, containers, CI/CD), plus a security and compliance plan: authentication, data encryption, access control, backups, and relevant regulatory needs (e.g., GDPR/HIPAA) depending on the industry.

  5. Operating Cost Estimation (OPEX)
Estimate recurring monthly running costs: hosting, database, API/LLM usage, third-party services, and monitoring. Show how costs scale with users so the founder can model runway and unit economics before committing.

  6. Development Roadmap and Team Composition
Break the build into phased milestones with realistic timelines, and define what roles/skills are needed at each stage (and when). Clarify what can be handled by one developer versus when to add specialists, giving the founder a hiring and budgeting plan.

  7. Delivery Format: “The Technical Blueprint” (.pdf/.md)
Package all of the above into a single, professional, self-contained document the founder can read, act on, share with investors, or hand to any future developer — turning their vision into a concrete, executable technical plan.
